Once a month, up to 5 items from the city's list, on your service day in week 1, 2, 3 or 4 depending on where you live. Reserve online by noon the business day before. Set items out by 7 a.m.

Bulk items out by 7 a.m. on your reserved monthly day; hauler has until 7 p.m. (reserve by noon the business day before)
Where
Where your driveway meets the curb, 3 ft from other objects; crews won't enter private property
Limits
Bulk: up to 5 approved items per monthly pickup, each ≤6 ft and ≤50 lb; yard waste up to 10 paper bags/bundles weekly
Brush
Yard waste in brown paper compostable bags or bundles only—not in carts; branches under 3 ft long, under 30 lb, bundled with rope or twine; up to 10 paper bags/bundles weekly
Not allowed
Bulk not accepted: HHW, e-waste, recyclables, large metal (separate paid metal pickup), construction/remodel waste, items over 6 ft or over 50 lb, refrigerators/freezers, TVs, cardboard boxes as bulk, enclosed metal containers (e.g. water heaters/helium canisters); carpet limited to one 6×6 section; fencing limited to one panel or 5 loose boards

Fees and fines
No fines listed. Fees: extra cart service $22.80 (recycling day) or $35.80 (other weekday); appliance pickup $15 + $40 freon removal
