Designated point near driveway, front curb, or within 3 ft of alley edge; wheels toward the house; 4 ft between multiple carts; away from mailboxes, utility boxes, meters, sprinkler heads, overhanging limbs; don’t block motorists’ view; items blocked by vehicles aren’t collected. Brush/bulky/appliances/bagged grass in distinct piles ≥4 ft apart
Limits
Single items over 40 lb are not collected; resident construction debris max 4 times a year

Brush in a separate pile; brush, bulky, appliances and bagged grass/leaves in distinct piles at least 4 ft apart
Not allowed
Paint, propane, household chemicals, masonry, asphalt, concrete, rocks, tires, dirt, pallets, roofing
Bags
Bag trash in the green cart with the lid closed; bags outside the cart are not collected
